School-Of-O Records

As a school, the room keeps records on students and Teachers. The Transcript shows all records for students and Teachers. For the room to function, its important that Teachers give lessons, phyiscals, stars as in a true school and record the result. The commands listed start with the ! and anything after it should be replaced with the appropriate thing (student = sub's nick, nick - any nick, etc).

Transcript

This is the full record for a student or Teacher. It shows the description, level, grades, rewards, physical, uniform and more. It is the primary way to find out the progress of a student or the crediablity of a Teacher.

Commands

!ts nick -- shows all the records for a Nick. Teachers and students will show different things, based on the first letter being upper or lower case.

Descriptions

This tells people what you look like, like, dislike and limits are. it is required to see other records and to enter records.

Commands

!view nick - Displays the description for nick.

!set description - Sets the Description for the user. Replace description with your description and please include limits.

!seen nick - Tells when $me has last seen nick.

Level

Level is similar to Class Grade or Year in College. It show progress of the students. Some lessons fall in a Level and when complete the student is moved up to the next level. Level is earned through lessons, it cannot be assigned.

Levels and Order

dirt - a new student needing its first physical and intro lessions BDSM01 and BDSM02

slut - a student learning the basic serving skills (The Core 6 - POSN01, SERV01, SPEECH, FUCK01, ORAL01, ANAL01)

whore - a student learning advance serving skills

toy - a student finish advance serving skills, learning their pleasure doesn't matter, and learning to serve multiple Dominates at once

slave - a student that completed their serving skills and learning to teach other students and pleasure multiple Dominates at once

o - a student that completed the curriculum

Commands

!level student - Displays the level details of the student. Levels relate to the Lesson Plan

Physicals

A monthly physical is required. This ensures the health of the Teachers and students.

It can be brief or a thorough exam, given in public or private, these are up to the Teacher administering it

A Physical could include:

Constructing/verifying the description by collecting hair color and style, eye color, measurements

Check of physical abilities (all joints work and reflexes/reactions as expected)

Examination of the body

Check of all openings (ears, nose, mouth, vagina, and anus)

Assignment/check of uniform fit

A Physical can be conducted in the following manners:

Professional - cold, straight forward, similar to real physical.

Sensual - slow, delicate, teasing

Sexual - use of vagina, mouth, anus.

Combination of the above.

Commands

!Physical student - Tells if the student is need of their physical exam

!PhysicalDone student - Sets the physical date and Physician for nick

Lessons

Lessons are sessions that go over a curriculum topic (School of O Lessons). Lessons can be in the room or in private, some will be quick and some may take days (denial). When completed, the Teacher should critique and assign a grade.

Commands

!lessons -- shows the summary list of the courses on the lesson plan. These are the only classes allowed. On the web site - School of O Lessons

!grades -- shows the grades which can be entered. Standard A-F with + or - plus X for exempt in certain situations.

!grade student lesson grade -- Must be used in the room. This records the grade for the girl in the class. If the Teacher regrades, the higher grade is kept.

   Example - !grade sub bdsm01 C+

!grades student -- shows all the grades and the average for the student.

!graderemove student lesson grade - Allows the Teacher to remove a grade They gave for a student.

!graderemove Teacher lesson grade - Allows the student to remove a grade they received.

!test lesson -- shows a sample test with questions and answers. This helps the Teacher understand the lesson and requirements and the student to prepare.

Grading

Grades are assigned by Teachers when a lesson is completed. They show on the Transcript. A lesson may be given multiple times by different Teachers and the student will have a grade for each.

Grading Policy

Teachers will grade lessons based on how well They feel the student completed it and met the lesson objectives in the lesson description.

Grading is subjective, even in Universities and schools. Different Teachers will have different criteria

Girls are not graded against one another.

Grades can updated by the same Teacher with higher grades. This is done by a Teacher re-teaching a lesson and assigning a new grade.

All Lessons should include a critique afterwards if an A is not awared. This helps the student improve.

If a student achives less than a B, it is recommended that that the class be retaken.

If a student achives a low grade, the Teacher may choose not to enter a grade but should critique and teach so the student does better next time.

Only 1 grade can be given per student per hour.

A session (Scene) should only be 1 lesson eventhough topics from other lessons may be included.

If a grade is not giving, please bring it up with an Admin.

Grades

A - Excellent. Outstanding knowledge or skills on the topic.

B - Great. Superior knowledge or skills on the topic.

C - Good/Adequate. Acceptable knowledge or skills on the topic. Course is recommended to be retaken

D - Fair. Limited knowledge or skills on the topic. Course should be retaken.

F - Failed/Poor. No knowledge or skills on the topic. Course must be retaken.

X - Exempt. It applies when the student hard limits be violated a hard limit (like "scat"), or physical limitations exist (boys for fuck lessons). For soft limits, the Teacher should not force the lesson.

+ or - can be given for each grade other than F and X. To indicate slightly better or worse within the grade.

!grade student lesson grade - assigns a grade for a student and lesson. Must be given by the Teacher in the room.

!graderemove student lesson grade - removes a grade from the student record. Must be given by the assigning Teacher or student.

Awards

Awards may be given by Teachers or students and show on the Transcript. These are similar to little gold stars.

Award Types

Star - Givng by a Teacher to a student to reflect a positive or outstanding action

Demerit - Givng by a Teacher to a student to reflect a negative action

Recommendation - Givng by a student to a Teacher to reflect a positive or outstanding action

Complaint - Givng by a student to a Teacher to reflect a negative action

Paise - Givng by a Teacher to a Teacher or a student to a student to reflect a positive or outstanding action

Commands

!Good nick reason Gives a star, recommendation or praise to the nick from the issuer

!Bad nick reason Gives a demerit or complaint to the nick from the issuer

Old Commands

!Stars student - Displays the number of stars the student has earned, the Awarder of the last and reason for it. Stars are awarded to students by Teachers for good things

!Star student reason - Gives the student a star for the reason. It is recommended to give these out to students for good deeds.

!Demerits student - Displays the number of demerits the student has earned, Issuer of the last and reason for it. Demerits are issued to students by Teachers for bad things

!Demerit student reason - Gives the student a demerit for the reason

!Recommendations Teacher - Shows the number of Recommendations as Teacher has earned. Recommendations are given to Teachers by Students for good things

!Recommend Teacher reason - Give the Teacher a Recommendation for the reason

!Complaints Teacher - See the number of Complaints against a Teacher. Complaints are issued to Teachers by Students for bad things

!Complain Teacher reason - Give the Teacher a Recommendation for the reason

!Praises nick - Displays the number of praises the nick has earned, Issuer of the last and reason for it. Praise is given to Teachers by Teachers or to students by students (peer to peer) for good things

!Praise nick reason - Gives the nick prasies for the reason
